Return Policy
Because of the intimate nature of our products we do not accept any returns on our products (See Damaged Goods Policy below). If we inadvertently shipped a product to you that you did not order and you notify us within 10 days of the receipt of the product, once we verify the error, we will immediately ship the correct product to you. If you have questions in regard to this verification, please contact us and we will provide you with further information.
Backorder Policy
If a product is currently out of stock, we will inform you right away and see what type of solution we can come up with. Backorders usually range from a week to a month to get more received.
